Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using StreamSync Campaigns(the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
StreamSync Campaigns provides campaign synchronization for live streamers, including automated chat message posting, bio-link redirection, and OBS overlay management.
3. Account Registration
You must authenticate via Twitch OAuth to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your Twitch permissions current. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the self-service customer portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you cancel, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your paid period.
Price changes:We may change subscription fees with 30 days’ notice by email or in-app notification.
Taxes: Payment processing and sales tax / VAT handling is managed by Lemon Squeezy. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Post chat messages that violate Twitch’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.
- Attempt to access accounts you do not own.
- Circumvent subscription gating or plan limits.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with Twitch, Supabase, Lemon Squeezy, and Vercel. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service (excluding your content and any third-party software) is the property of StreamSync. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of it.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamSync is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue or sponsor payments from missed campaign activations.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required to be retained by law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitute acceptance.
