StreamSync Campaigns respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

  • Twitch profile data: username, display name, avatar URL, Twitch ID, and email if available.
  • Authentication tokens: Twitch access and refresh tokens, encrypted at rest.
  • Campaign data: campaign names, destination URLs, chat messages, overlay image URLs, click counts.
  • Billing metadata: subscription status, plan tier, and Lemon Squeezy customer/subscription IDs.
  • Usage data: click events, feature usage, basic logs, and browser/device metadata from your visit to the site.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information to authenticate you, run the Service, sync campaigns, process payments, provide support, improve the product, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal Bases / Consent

If you are in a jurisdiction that requires it, we rely on your consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations depending on the processing activity.

5. Sharing & Third Parties

We share data only with providers needed to operate the Service:
  • Twitch for sign-in and chat posting.
  • Supabase for database, storage, and realtime transport.
  • Lemon Squeezy for billing and tax handling.
  • Vercel for hosting and deployment.
We do not sell your personal data.

6. Data Retention

We retain data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation to satisfy legal, accounting, and support needs. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support.

7. Security

We use encryption at rest for Twitch tokens, httpOnly signed session cookies, service-role-only server access, and RLS-enabled tables to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep access tightly scoped.

8. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. The cookie is essential for the app to function and is not used for advertising.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Contact us and we will help.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
